To use the Wacky Rig'R, insert plastic bait into open end of tube. Stop at position where you want to place the wacky Ring. Slide one Wacky Ring up the body of tool, onto bait. Insert hook between Wacky Ring and bait. Generally, when fish strike, the Wacky Rig'R Ring allows the bait to slide up the hook onto the line, thus allowing better hook sets and easier hook removal.
